Biography
Ladies and gentlemen, meet Harry Fujiwara. Harry is a junior who is enrolled in both the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences. He was born in New York City on April 11, 1985 and since that day, NYC has been his only home. He lives in NYC with his mom, dad, younger sister, and beloved cat. His career goals have gravitated toward sports since he was young. He wanted to play professional baseball as a young boy, but when he realized this dream was unlikely to be fulfilled, he decided that sports broadcasting would be a suitable option. His interests have changed slightly since then, but he is still leaning toward a career in sports. Currently, he finds himself split between pursuing a career in medicine versus pursuing a career working in the business side of the sports. At Penn, the most difficult course that he enrolled in was Mathematical Analysis. His easiest course was Sociology of Media and Pop Culture. The most inspiring class that he has taken at Penn was the class in evolution that he took last year. In Harry’s opinion, the greatest thing about Penn is the opportunity to get involved in so many things. His favorite part of Philly is down along South Street. His favorite geographical place is Japan. As far as food goes, his favorite is Japanese food, while his least favorite food is spinach. Harry’s favorite music is hip-hop. If he had to rank different exercises, #1 on the list would be playing basketball, while #312-ish on the list would be running laps though he admits running can be both thrilling and exhilarating. And finally, one of Harry’s greatest talents is his ability to find really cheap prices whenever he wants to buy something.
